This book uses essays from three famous 20th century designers and typographers, El Lissitzky, Jan Tschichold and Dan Friedman, in the present day context of the future of print. Images within the book represent print design, mostly from last decade, that have been influenced by and reappropriate design cues from screen-based design. Lissitzky’s essays book end the book and his text is differentiated by its vertical orientation. Smaller insets intersperse quotes from Lissitzky along with modern day designers and curators.
