Los Angeles is characterized as a city of dreams. Inspired by that thought I've sought to represent moments in the city of unrealized potential. These scenes range from fenced-off bodies of water, ubiquitous stucco box apartment buildings with hidden charms and unmaintained public stairways in the hills of the east side.
